Breakfast: Cereal with milk and banana, coffee
Snack: Orange
Lunch: Salad with spinach, tomato, chickpeas, corn, avocado, oil and balsamic
Dinner: 7 canas, many potatos, 2 empanadas, 3 pimentos de padron, fried things-- NOT MY BEST WORK
Exercise: Yes! Finally! Olivia Wilde's 20 min workout. Added push-up to inch worm. My ass and chest are very sore today.
