Breakfast: Cereal with milk, coffee

Snack: Yogurt w/ @ integral toasts

Lunch: Omlette with cheese, tomato, spinach, 2 pieces integral y semilla bread

Snack: Orange
Snack: Peppers

Dinner: Spinach salad with chickpeas, tomato, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp balsamic
Dessert: SMALL piece of turron

Exercise: None :(

Cuerpo: Happy :)
