Breakfast: Cereal with milk and banana, coffee
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with mayo, spinach, tomato on integral y semilla bread
Snack: Red and green peppers
Dinner: Spinach salad with 1/4 avocado, chickpeas,and tomato.
Exercise: Walk to Nuevos Ministerios, 2 flights of stairs.
Cuerpo: Bien! My gap khakis fit perfectly! Before break they were mighty tight!
