I've been slacking on writing and a little on the eating side as well.
Yesterday I had standard cereal for breakfast, BIG salad for lunch, and 4 empanadas with 2 glasses of wine for dinner. I went to the gym and did 16 min on treadmill and 8 min on the elliptical along with some crunches.
Today
Breakfast: Cereal, banana, milk, coffee
Lunch: Poached chicken w/ spinach, tomato, mayo, and mustard on toasted semilla bread.
Snack: Peppers
Snack: Yogurt w/ 2 integral tostas
Gym: Body Pump
Dinner: Salad w/ spinach, tomato, 1/4 avocado, cheese, oil and vinegar
Dessert: Piece of Turron
